Is an education expert and heads the Special projects unit at Children of Armenia Fund (COAF). Previously Vigen worked at AYB School as a deputy director for special education programs and has reflected on problems of education in a series of articles. VIgen holds Master’s degrees in Human Rights from London University College and American University of Armenia, also he is a graduate of the Vazgenian and Gevorgyan Theological Seminaries (Sevan and Etchmiatsin).
